R_video
An Exclusive Media Center
Streamlined, fast, and contemporary.
R_volution media players come equipped with R_video — the most advanced Media Center on the market, featuring a sleek, intuitive interface for browsing your movies, series, and concerts with speed and simplicity.
R_video scans your video files stored on a locally connected drive or NAS over your home network, then automatically downloads posters, animated backgrounds, soundtracks, format banners (DVD, Blu-ray, or 4K Ultra HD), cast details, and metadata.
Saga films are grouped automatically. All that’s left is to sit back in your home theater and enjoy your collection. Browse by genre, sort by rating, duration, or release date, read summaries, and watch trailers. Then press PLAY to enjoy your movie, concert, or series in up to 8K resolution with HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and more.
The R_video interface supports both Widescreen 2.39:1 and 16:9 formats. Each movie and series entry includes detailed information such as release date, duration, age rating, user score, audio tracks, subtitles, cast, director, and technical data like resolution, audio codecs, viewing status, and HDR format.
Users can create favorite scenes and explore those shared by the community. For TV series, episode navigation is intuitive, with quick access to the last unseen or currently playing episode. After finishing an episode, the next one is automatically suggested within 10 seconds.

If you’re using a NAS, you can stream as many videos simultaneously as your NAS performance allows.
R_video, designed for both Mac and PC users
Browse, organize, and edit your collection from your computer.
In addition to being used on your R_volution player connected to a TV or projector, the R_video app is also available for Mac and PC. It allows you to manage your collection more easily using a keyboard and mouse. Thanks to R_sync, your library of movies, series, and concerts is automatically synchronized across all R_players in your home and with your Mac and PC computers in multiroom mode.
